Built by Someone Who Runs Toward the Problem
Dropset Solutions exists because too many good businesses are losing to competitors who aren’t better — just more visible and more organized.
My Story
My name is Mike Keele. Fifteen years solving problems inside businesses — not from a conference room with a slide deck, but in the operation. Where the bottlenecks actually live.
Here's what I've learned in that time: the businesses that win aren't the ones with the best product. They're the ones where the owner isn't the single point of failure for every decision, every estimate, every follow-up. The ones with systems that work whether the owner is in the building or not.
Most business owners I meet are good at what they do. Really good. But they're trapped by their own competence. They built something that works — and now it only works because they never stop working. That's not a business. That's a job with liability.
I built Dropset Solutions to fix that.
We find the operational fractures that are invisible to you because you've been staring at them for years. The communication gaps your team routes around instead of solving. The processes that live in your head instead of on paper. The revenue you're leaving on the table because you're too busy doing $15-an-hour work to focus on $500-an-hour decisions.
And yes — if your front door is broken, if customers can't find you online, we fix that too. But that's the starting point, not the destination. The real work is building the infrastructure that lets your business run, grow, and scale without consuming your life.
I'm not a marketing agency. I'm not a consultant who shows up, takes notes, and sends you a PDF. I'm the person who gets in the operation with you and builds the systems until they work without me.
The name comes from powerlifting. A dropset is when you hit failure on a heavy set and immediately drop the weight to keep going — finding reps you didn't know you had. That's what this firm does. We find the capacity your business has that you can't see because you're too deep in the day-to-day to step back and look.
If that sounds like where you are right now, we should talk.
*525 deadlift. 425 squat. 315 bench. The name isn't a metaphor.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Every business is at a different stage. If you're not sure which tier fits, start with a conversation. We'll tell you what we see and what we'd do — no commitment, no pitch.
